An innovator in the financial services industry, Justin is a veteran financial professional and former investment banker with forty years of industry experience. Justin was formerly a Public Finance Managing Director at Dean Witter Reynolds, Inc., and with Lehman Brothers Inc. He also served as the Deputy Mayor for Economic Development in Philadelphia, PA and Director of the Office of Management and Budget, Government of the US Virgin Islands. Justin is a graduate of Occidental College and holds an MPA from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School.

Marcia joined Seslia in 1995 and is a Financial Advisor in the St. Thomas office, specializing in developing retirement plans for individuals and businesses. Prior to joining Seslia Securities, Marcia was the Data Processing Manager at Marshall & Sterling St. Thomas – Theodore Tunick & Company, the Executive Officer of the St. Thomas/St. John Board of Realtors, and the Virgin Islands Territorial Association of Realtors and the Director of Insurance and Management Services at Caribbean Investment Planning Association.

Shelley has more than 15 years of experience addressing the needs of retail investors with a focus on investment companies and variable annuities products. He completed the Management Development Program at Boston University and holds a BA from Arizona State University and a BIM from American Graduate School of International Management. Before joining Seslia, Shelley was Program Manager of New Products at Digital Equipment Corporation.
