The firm continues to provide consulting services on project and program financing to institutional clients.
Seslia developed from Seslia & Company and Seslia Securities, two firms in continuous business since the early 1990s. Seslia & Company, a Pennsylvania based capital markets advisory company, provided consulting services to state and local governments. Seslia Securities, a Virgin Islands corporation and a securities broker-dealer provided trade execution services in domestic equities and debt instruments to state pension systems and investment managers.
In 2019, both firms consolidated into the existing Registered Investment Advisor business.
